  • Where do I begin?

    That’s easy! Just go to the Free Quote page and fill our fast, easy form. You can attach an image if you have one. That gives us the information we need to give you an accurate price quote.

  • Can I see what my patch design will look like before I place my order?

    Of course! Our graphic artists will create and email to you a full color digital proof for your review and approval. We don’t charge for artwork or revisions, so you can be sure your patches will be exactly what you want before you order.

  • What if I don’t like the proof?

    As noted, we don’t charge for revisions or artwork. If you dislike the proof, feel free to request whatever changes you want. We’ll gladly work with you to ensure your satisfaction with the design before production begins.

  • What art file formats do you accept?

    We strongly prefer vector art in .ai, .eps or .psd files. We can accept most common file formats, including .jpg, .gif, .doc, .png, .pdf and more.

  • Does my patch have to be round or square?

    Not at all! We can make your patch any shape you want, using a hot-cut border. Patches in standard shapes (round, square, etc.) feature a merrowed border. Whatever you want to commemorate, we’ll turn it into a patch in the shape of your choice.

  • Can you make patches smaller than 2”?

    Sure. Keep in mind, however, that the level of detail we can show on your patch depends on the size. The bigger the patch, the more intricate the embroidery can be.

  • What’s the biggest patch you can make?

    We can produce patches up to 15” wide or high.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    Our minimum quantity is 10 patches per design, size and color. We do offer significant per-patch savings with larger order quantities.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We gladly accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

  • Do you accept purchase orders?

    We do accept purchase orders with a minimum $200 order from public schools and government agencies. We can accept checks as well. However, we will not process the order until we receive the check.

  • Do you charge shipping or sales tax?

    We currently do not charge shipping to orders sent to an address within the continental United States. Because our corporate office is in Florida, we are required to charge sales tax for orders sent to a Florida address.

  • What if I find cheaper patches somewhere else?

    We offer the best value in custom patches you’ll find anywhere. Keep in mind that value is about more than just price. We use only the highest quality materials to craft your patches, and we stand behind every patch we sell with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Last but not least, we will price match for identical custom patches.

  • How soon will I get my patches?

    We usually manufacture and deliver patches within 14 -17 days from the date you order. We will do our best to accommodate you if you need them sooner, as long as you let us know when you place your order.

  • Can you ship to an APO?

    Yes, we will ship to an APO, for a small shipping and handling charge

  • What materials are your patches made of?

    Our embroidered patches feature a background fabric of poly-cotton blended twill. The embroidery thread is 100% rayon.

  • How long will the iron-on backing material last?

    When the patch is properly applied, the iron-on backing will withstand approximately 20 to 30 washings. We recommend a hot-cut border for all iron-on patches.

  • What is tape backing for?

    Tape backing is a peel and stick backing that’s ideal for temporary applications, such as trade shows or weekend events. As with iron-on patches, we recommend a hot cut border for patches with this backing style.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    We will charge your credit card only after you send us your email approval to proceed with your order.

  • Why must I pay for my patches before I receive them?

    You’re ordering a custom product. Because your patches will have no value to anyone else, we can’t resell them. For that reason, we require payment at the time of ordering.

  • How do I know I will receive my patches after you charge my credit card?

    We’ve been in business for 15 years. We’re a multi-million dollar corporation that has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service.
